Cancellation Policy
*Please be sure to readFor cancellations at the customer's request, a cancellation fee of 50% applies from 2 days before through the day before the tour, and 100% on the day of the tour. This also applies to non-attendance due to illness or similar. For cancellations due to sudden emergencies, we will make a decision after reviewing the circumstances.
If we judge that the tour cannot be safely held due to natural phenomena, poor sea conditions, or the like, the tour will be cancelled or its content changed, and no cancellation fee will be charged in that case. We plan to notify you of cancellations the day before, but in some cases the decision is made on the day based on sea conditions.
We may refuse participation to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol, unwell, or unwilling to follow safety instructions.

Meet your guide on Taketomi Island. We pick you up at the location of your choice—your accommodation, the water buffalo cart stop, a bicycle rental shop, etc. Please let us know your preferred pick-up point in advance.

The meeting point is on Taketomi Island. As a rule, we meet you at the location of your choice (Taketomi Port, your accommodation, the water buffalo cart stop, etc.). After you book, we will send you the exact meeting place and time. *If you are using a rental bicycle or similar and would prefer to meet and part directly on site (at the beach, etc.), please let us know in advance.

Yes, we can. We keep your luggage in our shuttle vehicle or at our office, so you can join the tour unencumbered—whether before check-in, after check-out, or on a day trip from Ishigaki with lots of bags. (*If you are checking in to accommodation on Taketomi Island on the day of the tour, please let us know when booking, as it affects the pick-up route and luggage transfer.)

In light rain, the tour may still go ahead—we provide rainwear, so there's no need to worry. However, if we judge that the tour cannot be safely held due to strong winds, high waves, lightning, or the like, it will be cancelled or its content changed, such as shortening the route. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

We assess the weather and sea conditions the day before or on the day, and notify you using the contact details from your booking. Please understand that if the weather deteriorates suddenly, notice may come at short notice.
