Please note that we may be unable to accommodate your request due to availability, weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances.

Once your booking is confirmed, each service is provided on the booked date and time.

If you have applied for a photo/video option, a download URL for your files will, as a rule, be sent by email within one week.

For cancellations at the customer's request, the following cancellation fees apply:

• From 2 days before through the day before the tour: 50% of the booking price
• On the day of the tour: 100% of the booking price

*Non-attendance for reasons on the customer's side, such as illness, is also subject to cancellation fees.

*In the event of a sudden emergency, we may make a decision on a case-by-case basis after confirming the circumstances.

Tours may be cancelled or their content changed due to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, no cancellation fee applies to cancellations made at our discretion.

Due to the nature of this service, returns cannot be accepted once the service has been provided.

However, where a refund is required, such as a cancellation on our part, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Any refunds will be issued by the method we specify.
