【What to bring】

A dry bag will be provided, in which you can store your mobile phone, camera, etc. under your control and responsibility.

Bring sunscreen and drinks if you need them.

Any baggage other than the waterproof bag will be placed in the RV box and will be on board the Sabani during the tour.

 

【What to wear】

Your feet will get wet, so please wear footwear and clothes that you don't mind getting wet.

Please prepare a rash guard for protection from the sun in the summer and a jacket for protection against the cold in the winter.

 

【Meeting place】

Please let us know your preferred meeting place by email or message the day before.

(In many cases we can not answer the phone during the tour.)

 

Examples: Taketomi Port, rental cycle shops, accommodations, etc.

 

【Method of payment】

Payment can be made by cash or credit card. (Payment will be made at  our shop.)

 

【Cancellation Charge】

In the case of cancellation due to the customer's convenience after 17:00 two days before, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

＊Cancellations due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as being under the influence of alcohol, are also subject to the cancellation policy.

[Our safety standards]

There may be times when the tour cannot be held due to rapidly changing sea conditions.
While we aim to notify you of any cancellations the day before, please understand that a final decision may be made on the day of the tour depending on the weather and sea conditions.

 

・Warning issued (heavy rain, flood, storm, storm surge, tsunami)

・The issuance of a lightning strike warning may also be canceled.

・When the wave height is 2 meters or above.

・Wind speed 10 meters or above.

・When the weather deteriorates suddenly due to the passage of the front line, etc.

・If the guide determines that it is dangerous on-site, regardless of the weather forecast

・If some participants cannot follow the instructions and cautions against the dangers and selfish behavior of the participants.

・If the participant is unwel（If the customer is found to be under the influence of alcohol）

・If the guide is unable to conduct the tour due to injury, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances.

We will contact you the day before to notify the cancellation of the tour, however, we may cancel the tour based on the sea conditions before the start time.
