■ Participation and Safety
Q. Can beginners join the tour?
A. Yes, most of our guests are first-time participants. Our guide will carefully support you, so you can enjoy the experience with confidence.
Q. Can children join?
A. Yes, children are welcome. We ensure safety based on their age and physical condition.
Q. Can elderly people participate?
A. Yes, as long as it is within a comfortable range. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance.
Q. Is it okay if I cannot swim?
A. Yes, it’s not a problem. All participants are required to wear life jackets.
Q. Will I get seasick?
A. The tour takes place in calm waters, so the risk of seasickness is relatively low.
■Clothing & What to Bring
Q. Will I get wet?
A. Your feet will get wet, and depending on the wind and waves, you may get splashed slightly.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear that can get wet.
In summer, we recommend rash guards for sun protection. In winter, please bring a jacket for warmth.
Q. What should I bring?
A. We provide waterproof bags, so you can bring your phone or camera at your own responsibility.
Other belongings will be stored in a storage box on the boat.
We recommend bringing a towel, drinks, and sun protection (hat, sunscreen).
Q. Are there changing rooms?
A. There are changing facilities at Kondoi Beach.
You can also use our shower room, but as it is included in the tour time, we recommend changing in advance.
■Weather & Tour Conditions
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. Depending on the weather, the tour may be canceled or replaced with an alternative activity.
Q. Under what conditions is the tour canceled?
A. We prioritize safety and may cancel the tour under the following conditions:

Weather warnings (heavy rain, strong wind, storm, tsunami, etc.)

Lightning advisory

Wave height over 2 meters

Wind speed over 10 m/s

Sudden weather deterioration

If the guide determines it is unsafe
Final decisions may be made the day before or on the day, depending on sea conditions.
Q. What about typhoons?
A. The tour will be canceled for safety reasons.

Q. Can I book on the same day?
A. We operate on a reservation-only basis, so please book in advance.
Q. Can I join alone?
A. Yes, solo participants are welcome.
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments such as PayPay on-site.
■Cancellation Policy
Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM two days prior will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
This also applies in cases such as:
